Huge Wash List in Holmdel, New Jersey

While performing an exterior cleaning at a house in Holmdel, a neighbor had stopped and asked for an estimate for his home. Once we had finalized the job, we met the client at his beautiful home high above the Holmdel Hills. Upon further inspection, the home was absolutely stunning. We told the client it would be our pleasure to maintain the property and make it shine once again. After a brief pre-inspection of all the requested areas for cleaning, a detailed estimate was sent with pictures for review. A few days later, the client called us and approved the entire job for window cleaning, paver patio, walkways, stairs, roof wash, and spot treating a few other areas of the home.

When arriving to the jobsite days later, we were meant by the client in the street. He had stated that he didn’t think we could back our trailer up his curved & steep driveway. Above & Beyond Softwash has over 30+ years of cleaning and trailering experience. His driveway was no match for our driving skills as we backed it up on the first try. The customer in awe stating that he could not believe we did it on my first try. Once parked, we connected to the clients water and started stretching hoses for this huge project in Holmdel, NJ.

We started on the paver stairs, walkways, and patios. After finalizing, we then focused our efforts on soft washing all of the moldy stucco windowsills, roof sections and spot treating areas of the home. The last service task requested was exterior window cleaning. Above and Beyond Softwash specializes in this and made those windows looks brand new once again.

After a ten minute final walk around with both clients, they were ecstatic on the results. So much, we’re invited in for dinner! Unfortunately, other plans were previously made. But, it is an absolute pleasure dealing with such nice people in our community. We truly love all of our clients and maintaining their beautiful homes.
